Cooling
Direct-to-chip cooling and the two loops
Cold plates bolted to each chip carry coolant through micro-channels. Manifolds feed the plates; dripless quick disconnects let a tray be pulled without draining the rack. The technology cooling system (TCS) is the clean loop inside the IT gear. The facility water system (FWS) is the building loop. A CDU sits between them so building water never touches the chips.
