Water use

Water usage effectiveness (WUE) is water consumed per unit of IT energy, in litres per kWh or cubic metres per MWh. A closed loop with dry rejection drives it towards zero. In the EU, the Energy Efficiency Directive and corporate sustainability reporting ask operators to disclose PUE, WUE and heat reuse.
